Kathmandu Metropolitan City is currently undertaking a program to Mainstream Disaster Risk Management (DRM) in Urban Governance which comprises of two important components: first is the preparation of the Risk-Sensitive Land Use Plan (RSLUP) and second, strengthening of the Emergency Management Unit of KMC.
